Muskogee County Lions Club was founded in September 2010, with our first meeting taking place at I-Hop in Muskogee, Oklahoma.  The Muskogee County Branch Lions Club quickly grew and submitted a charter application with Lions Club International on October 27, 2010.  On December 29, 2010 Muskogee County Branch Club got the official word from LCI that our charter application had been approved, changing our Official name to Muskogee County Lions Club. In January 2011 we had to change our location because we outgrew our previous meeting location.  The Muskogee County Lions Club meets the First, Second, and Third Tuesday each month at Hornbacks Restaurant on Peak Blvd. in Muskogee, Oklahoma.  We celebrated our Charter Night on January 22, 2011 at NSU-Muskogee.   Muskogee County Lions Club charted with 37 members on this night.  And now our legacy is beginning……………………..
